Dreamt of snow, a man so lone,
In the cold, like a tree unknown.
Blizzard roared, no shelter found,
Hopeless eyes scanned the barren ground.
Earth below him shook and roared,
Swallowed whole, by darkness floored.
All turned white, as if never begun,
Yet in my mind, he stands, alone, undone.
Still see him there, amidst the snow’s fierce whirl,
No shelter, no bush, just a lonely twirl.
When I close my eyes, his figure stays,
In this snow-covered land, lost in its maze.
